Our Website Prices and Descriptions
All our prices on the website are in GBP sterling, so if you are ordering from overseas, you may want to work out the exchange rate and any charges which your bank may charge for the transaction. Just so there are not any nasty surprises, we would be sad if you were not 100% happy with your jewellery.

We reserve the right to change any advertised price; although this doesn’t happen very often we do sometimes have to change the price of our jewellery according to fluctuating gold and silver prices.
 
All jewellery is subject to availability and sometimes we have to remove jewellery from the website.
If there was something you really loved and it is not in stock on the website, we may be able to make it for you.

If your order cannot be fulfilled for some reason, you will be offered an equally lovely alternative or given a full refund with our apologies.

Our Website Payments and Delivery
Payment can be made by Paypal, credit or debit card online or over the phone.
Rest assured we do everything within our power to keep your order and payment details secure.
Payment will be debited to your account and the item despatched within 7 working days.
We will always let you know the last ordering dates for Christmas and will even gift-wrap it for you to save you time if you’d like us to, at no extra charge.

Your jewellery will be posted to you using registered next day delivery.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please contact us within 28 days of the order being delivered for a replacement.
